Would you like to taste the same drinks and food that our ancestors 3000 years ago did in the Holy Land?

Thanks to archaeological excavations, we have now a lot of information
about how people lived in Israel thousands of years ago.

Now, we’ll be able to taste 3000 years old drinks and food – the same as our ancestors had done!

Israeli scientists managed to produce beer out of yeast that was kept stuck to ancient 3000 years old potteries.

To celebrate the discovery, they drank a toast of this ancient beer declaring: “Not bad at all”… 

This research will allow us to widen the experimental archaeology,
in which we try to restore the past.
