Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the international standard on which Israeli Standard 5568 is based.

What we have done

  • Clear page structure: headings in order, labelled sections and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard, and the element in focus is always visible.
  • Text and background colors with enough contrast, and links that are underlined inside text.
  • Descriptive text for images, labels for every form field, and clear error messages.
  • The page keeps working when you enlarge the text, and on phones and tablets.
  • An accessibility toolbar (the button at the bottom left of every page) to enlarge or reduce the text, switch to high contrast or grayscale, highlight links, use a more readable font and stop animations. Your choices are saved only in your own browser.
  • We respect the “reduce motion” setting of your device.
  • Regular checks with automated testing tools, and fixes for what they find.

Known limitations

Automated tools find only part of the possible problems, and we are still checking the site with a screen reader and with keyboard-only use. Some descriptions of photographs are short. Pages of other services that we link to, such as WhatsApp and TripAdvisor, are not under our control.

Tell us about a problem

Our accessibility coordinator is Ofir Horn, head guide.
